We adopt advanced CNC machining technology to drill precise holes on clear quartz plates, discs and wafers. All hole positions, hole diameters and plate thickness can be customized strictly according to customers’ drawings and technical requirements.
This quartz punched plate has low thermal expansion coefficient, strong resistance to thermal shock, stable chemical property, acid and alkali corrosion resistance. It will not deform or crack under long-term high-temperature working environment. The surface is flame polished with smooth finish, no scratches, no bubbles and no impurities inside the glass.
